Have you and your students been using Google Docs and thinking, “There’s gotta be more we can do with this.” Well, you’re right. Google Docs has all sorts of hidden tools and gems. In this session we’ll look at Google Docs through the teacher lens of the writing process for all the humanities and science research-based writing. We’ll see what Google Docs features and tools can augment, improve or transform those steps and the writing process altogether--specifically, the collaborative tools for feedback and peer-editing, the research tools for finding and citing text and image based sources, and plenty of formatting choices
